Our most Provençal rosé, crafted for lovers of Provence rosé with a strong expression of our terroir. This biodynamic rosé is a blended wine, always marked by Cinsault and Grenache Noir. It represents a new style for Gasqui rosés under the Côtes de Provence appellation. This rosé is different: harvested at the right level of maturity, with a carefully sought-after balance of flavours, much like a white wine. A wine for the table or for the aperitif — the occasion will decide.

Direct pressing of whole bunches for the Grenache Noir.
Pneumatic pressing at a maximum of 1.2 bar.
48-hour skin maceration for Cinsault, Rolle and Clairette.
Juice selection.
Malolactic fermentation completed.

Ageing:
6 months in stainless steel tanks.

Despite its pale colour, this rosé is different: harvested at the right level of maturity, with a carefully sought-after balance of flavours, much like a white wine.

Citius Rosé 2025

Always driven by research and improvement, the 2025 rosé is marked by skin maceration of the Cinsault grapes. This practice brings a more pronounced aromatic profile and allows us to gain in complexity.

It is a true success for this new Citius vintage, and the entire Gasqui team is proud of this creation.
