We welcome you to the estate boutique to discover and taste our wines in a simple, friendly setting at the heart of the vineyard.

Biodynamic tour — 2 hours

A tour of the vines, olive grove and cellar, followed by a tasting, will introduce you to the principles of biodynamics and our agroecological project: vine regeneration through field grafting, cover cropping with peasant seeds, biodynamic compost, companion planting, polyculture, vitipastoralism, agroforestry and more.

Designed as a true sensory experience, the gourmet tour invites you to discover the estate in depth, from its vines to its cellar. Throughout the visit, we share our approach to biodynamics, vineyard management, winemaking choices and the constant pursuit of balance and quality that guides our work, before extending the experience with a tasting centred around food and wine pairings.
