THE RUNNER DUCK

Originally from England and popular for its distinctive appearance, the runner duck is also known as the Indian Runner duck. Very friendly and endearing, this charming duck is remarkably versatile. Easy to tame, it is incredibly effective at regulating slug and snail populations.

Its ability to live alongside many other animal species makes it a symbol of agroecology. For all these qualities, the Château Gasqui team chose to honour this original duck species on the labels of its rosé wines.
