Château Gasqui presents the Citius Citius in Biodynamic Red Wine, year 2023. Our wines are produced in organic farming, more specifically in biodynamics, in the French department of Var, in the heart of the region of Provence and the community of Provence Verte.

Manual harvest on 4/09/23, sorting in the vineyard and on a sorting table in a cellar in cellar. Pressing on whole cluster. Light ovepumping during maceration. Native yeasts.
Fermentation within 18 days in stainless steel tank, maturing of 5 months in stainless steel tank.
Bottled on February 15, 2024 (fruit day).
