Château Gasqui presents the Citius Citius in Biodynamic Rosé wine, 2023. Our wines are produced in organic farming, more specifically in biodynamics, in the French department of Var, in the heart of the region of Provence and the community of Provence Verte.

Manual harvest of 30 and 31/08, manual sorting at the vineyard and on the sorting table at the cellar. Direct pressing in whole bunches up to 1.2 bar. Tank foot with native yeasts. Stirring lees before racking and at the end of fermentation. Malolactic fermentation made.

Fermentation at 18 ° C of 1 month, not fined. Bottled on February 15, 2024 (fruit day).
